Absolutely nothing! lol The movie was really good. But we just realized that it was the same old boring face of Denzel as in every movie time after time.
However just for argument sake, this movie has to do a lot with Arabs in the West. One reason would be that after Malcom X seperated from the false "nation of Islam" before his assasination, many of his freinds and fans also turned to the Islam that originated 1400 years ago in the Arabian land, Mecca. As we know that the Muslims also carried arabian culture and traditions as it spread around the world to a certain extent. This movie was a story of a black american Gangster who was going through an unbelievable economical, social and cultural change, but the director managed to forget how Islam and the Arabian culture brought in by the Muslims in Los Angeles changed the life of many gangsters in U.S. You can read chapter 7 of this book "the autobiography of an L.A Gang member" for more intresting stuff.
