Call the number on the screen (think it's a UAE number) and they will arrange for someone to come out within 3 days to fit a larger dish. The same thing happened to me and it's becuase these channels are on a low band width and you need to have the large dish to receive them all the time. They won't charge you anything to install the new dish and set it up and it takes them less then half an hour.
