You will have to go to the Egyptian embassy to get her a tourist visa for as long as you are staying; have your passport ready with you to check your residency.
Once you get the visa for her, you can travel to Egypt; however, once you are in the Egyptian airport, your passport will have a note that you have your maid with you; and you will not be able to leave Egypt without her accompanying you.
