If you have completed a minimum of two years with your first employer (the employer who brought you from your home country), or completed a minimum of one year with second or third employers, then you can transfer your sponsorship to a new employer if your current sponsor approves it. A no objection letter is not required in this case, as you are not leaving the country; however, your current sponsor has to sign the sponsorship transfer application.
