for sure its not QIC (qatar insurance company).. if u have third party ins. then u have a nightmare ..
im telling it 4m experience .. i switch my insurance from full to third .. they only deal 50 customers per day even they have more than 200 customers per day ...
i went at 5 in morning to get ticket it was a huge line .. i get my turn at 12 noon.. I was like why i even own a car ..
and this year they move there office to industrial area .. ( & write for your connivence ) wow .. 9 still dealing with 50 customers /day

So i pay another Company more but not to QIC
