Problem regarding AHLI BANK, well i think that's rare or Bad luck for you sebichanmjose. I did purchase CREDIT CARD from them and i was happy with their service.

Incidents like yours occur to few persons so it doesn't mean that this BANK has bad service
.
But DOHA BANK is exceptional. I'm overall upset with it
