I have asthma and get bad migraines around smokers. So eating out here is really a challenge as the smoking area is like two feet away, their are laws here but no one obeys them, but you still have the right to tell the rest. manager to ask someone to stop smoking. It would be respectful to people like myself that have serious health problems due to smoking chose to only smoke in outside areas where they don't affect others. Thats when one persons freedoms infringes on anothers right to a healthy existance. I have smokers lungs due to 2nd hand smoke and I have never smoked a day in my life, its not fair.
