If the kitten is only 46 days old, then you took it away from it's mother too fast. All kittens need to be with their mother for at least 6 weeks before they are weaned from their mother's milk. So basically unless you get a mother's milk substitute from a vet's office, your kitten is going to die of malnutrition. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS FEED IT MEAT. It's system can only handle mother's milk. You need to take it to the vet immediately or it will die. I have had cats my whole life, I know what I am talking about.
