I think what your PRO means is you cannot change your designation exactly as Document Controller. But you can still change your designation with the same category as Doc. control, I'm not sure but I think Doc. Control is under the Technical Skill category.

All you need to do is translate your academic credetials to arabic in a acredited translation service. Use the search box for other information you need for changing your category.
