Not sure what your definition of 'expensive' is, but I really liked Connie at the Glamour Salon on Al-Nasr street. For cut and color is was about 425QR. I have been in the beauty industry off and on for over 20 years and know a good stylist when I come across one. No, I personally dont do hair. But have experience in other areas and have worked in salons enough to know about hair and what to look for. She was fast, had knowledge of what her products were and consulted with me on what I wanted, didnt tell me what I wanted. Big diff. I dont have their number (sorry) but I am planning on going back soon! Insha Allah.
