There is no such thing as a left handed screwdriver - however if you wish to have a screwdriver with a ratchet type attachment that can be used for clockwise and anticlockwise rotations these are available. In the old days (when i was an apprentice) there was a STANLEY screwdriver known as a Yankee, and Stanley offered these in various forms. there is a Stanley supplier just close to Dhow roundabout and also a lot of tool suppliers in this area.
I am not sure what the modern day name for such a tool is as they have become a little redundant with the advent od battery powered screwdrivers - which also perform the function you require.
