If you have Mozaic, then I think the fastest speed is 256k. If you have a dedicated line, then it's 1 MB.

We've got Mozaic, at peak times it can be very slow. I suspect that they also throttle the speed of some services like torrent downloads. If you are patient it's fine to use services like Skype.

There are plans to upgrade everyone's lines to be high speed.
