I could not agree more. Almost 95% of the time the ad is false and misleading or the person posting the ad is some wannabe real estate agent charging a commission for no actual service. 'Deluxe'generally means somewhat new and therefore overpriced and 'independent' means some shoddy partition affair. It adds to the bad taste I always get when I need to move. Its a lousy way to find accommodation and/or a roommate.
Ads should either be vetted properly (which is probably impossible) or it should be a paid site!!!! And why are there so many repeat posts?? Posters should be forced to update their ads or delete them if they find tenants.
