Sorry for asking what may seem a silly question but I assume you are trying to claim back the 5% on IBQ Credit Card purchases only? This offer doesn't apply to purchases with an IBQ debit card.

I have done this several times by calling their helpline, answering some security questions and asking for the refund to be applied to my Credit Card balance.
