In Industrial area, just in front of the "Inspection Place", there are legal shops with all the modern gadgets and equipment and will fix your car problem and will guarantee that your car passes the test.
Just give them the traffic paper and let them have a look on the fault and you would see how they are quick in fixing the fault at very little money!
