There are two many variables to consider in order to make a recommendation. Some of the small ones (St. Mary's in Halifax) have great programs, but so to do the big ones like the University of Alberta. Decide what you want to study and do your homework to find out what best fits you.

Also hard to know how much it will cost you. I know after having supported my daughter for 4 years in university in Canada, that you should conservatively budget for $15,000 CDN per year, not including expenses for the summer. That's is living with roommates, not owning a car, and no travel during the summer.
