the thing is , it was stolen at my work place and that same day a lot of old staff who worked for temp basis walked in,, so i am sure its 1 of them but i am new at the company to know who would be the thief, they r not my friends too.
i went to the cops and wrote a report, and the cop who writes the reports says " its all in god's hand if we find it" and$ my other cuzn who works at the public prosecution says "files here once closed never open, i am not offending qatar cops but this truly is the scene here..
BTW it was a Sony Vaio , 8300 riyals thats the only reason i an concerned, if it was 4000 riyals i would have forgotten about it in an easier way. but i am sure wat goes around comes around so, he/she is a big *ss.
about the ip detection thing is true, i have had a reasearch on it goin up n down to qtel , ppl over there say there is a way but qtel actually did not implement this system in qatar yet. i have even read about the cases in austarlia and usa , they do trace it within a second after that ps is connected to the net.
