Nice try dude. Lot of things to think before you can take this step:
1. Is the car just abandoned, or used for illegal activities and then abandoned
2. Is the payment for the car done
3. Do you have the old istimara
4. Have you paid all the fines related to the car
5. Do you have NOC from the owner, cops, bank, etc, etc etc
6. Hope you wont be put behind bars for "stealing the abandoned vehicle"
