i would agree with mrst. look, if he working in Saudia im sure he knows the rules of that place.
Ur friend shld probably tell him she has a colleuge from KSA and she is ready to help her by contacting the Saudia police (an imaginary female friend is better than a male one for obvious reasons).
im pretty sure this should be good enough to scare him off... if he still doesnt mend his ways then probably the embassy might have to intervene (and im sure they would).
btw, if at all that guy posts the pic of ur friend (which would be very unfortunate), she can always claim that it is a spoofed pic. infact, he would get into more troubles by doing so.
