I'm concerned about what his reaction might be to her taking a photo just in case they do something even more stupid.
Begs the question about what then, Police or MOI if they can be bothered, court case, time, expense, effects?
I remember in Dubai there was a name and shame section in the freebee paper. Motorists on the hard shoulder or emergency lane in particular. might have to add extra sections for the "perves".
Would need 2 pages for photo's of ambulance chasers here in Qatar.
