Dude its nothing like that.. no banks can hold or stop you for visiting any country... i am sure because i was also in the same situation and the people those who doesnt have any work they only try to divert by giving false information, even my case is same... basically i am from india, worked in dubai and lost my job during the recession period, and i was unable to clear the card and PL dues, and i left back, after 2 years i came to doha on a emloyment, with the same question in my mind.. but every thing is well and fine.. no body holded me on airport, no banks called me.. nothing.. and this eid i have been to dubai as well for 2 days, on a visit visa.. stil the same.. no holds, no fines, no court cases no police no questions.. so bro.. just chill and cheers... and when you come to doha,dnt forgot abt my treat... and please try to clear the dues once if u are setteled back...
