"Only in Dreams never in reality"

I am not sure also....i just heard they pronounce and i come out with spelling that i can understood....if you can able to help me correct myself.....myeloma? it does mean silent L???? i heard the doctor pronounce it MIOMA  but he did not give the spelling.....thanks for helping
