Have you been to restaurants last thursday and saw how many Qatari couples were celebrating valentines? Have you checked with Jewelry shops/ Perfumers and clarified about the nationality of the consumers during the event(I advice you to go down to Alfardan or Almajed and ask how far Qataries do splurge over the event).
