I have the same problem with you, i can't decide whether to accept the job and sacrifice my kids to leave them in the hands of strangers to look after them or turn back the good offer for a job and i know at my age would be my last chance to be hired. A good pay...

Job or kids,,, I decided to switch my life to different situation, a career woman. Oh it's pleasing to the ears...

My advise to you, grab it, take the challenge to work and at the same time grow your kids, i know how you feel, the same mine, but i am pretty sure, at first i will be dead worried for my kids, going to school, their food, their clothings, the house but, i will get used to it, so if i can do it , you too will!
