I have come form Hong Kong, wher HSBC stated life as the Hong Kong and Shanhai Banking Corporation (although it is a British bank) and there they are the dominant bank but don t give a fig about customer service - they recently floated the idea fo charging you if you used your atm card more than twice in a month!!

Here I have opened an account with QNB and they have been excellent - they do have the sms credit card transaction confimration too.
