Me also had same experience last night.
They fill the stadium with school children and public, one of the gates was open for public from 2.30 pm. Its OK, a golden chance to those ppl. but some one have to take care about the reserved seats and the ppl who bought ticket.

is there any right way to complain ?
where i can ask for refund ?
