for some houte couture design and tailor you can go to al sadd street, in front of royal plaza, there one shop there doing some nice gawn and also in al sadd street next to al muftansah plaza/center there is few good tailor. but hve to remind you its very costly. hope you can find the places. sorry dont exactly the name and area.
