Your phone is carrier locked(meaning it will only work with the simcard you originally bought it with), you will need to jailbreak it (http://greenpois0n.com/)but if you have updated to latest version there is no unlock out yet so you can only use your phone as an "ipod touch" all features will work except Phone(mobile)
