i had a very good friend of mine who never makes it on time..

so in our circle of friend....we take 10 mins=30-45 mins...15 mins= 1 hr or more and 7 pm means 8:30.......

we dun like it but he also can help it...

we are living with it..

I myself try to be punctual and expect the same from others...
