UDC is not fully owned by Alfardan. They just have shares. Therefore,they have different policy in giving NOC. Alfardan doesn't give NOC. So they cancel your visa when you resign.

UDC prefers employee who is under family visa or husband's visa. Better ask them if they would give NOC just in case you want to resign.
