 During my college days my friends got caught following the Commissioners daughter - LOL!

And they Spent a night in the jail

I dunno but have u experienced the honking of the horn phenomena

Now thats something i dont understand also

Atleast the smile thing is saner, imagine liking a girl on the street so much that u have to honk at her.
