As I see you are young so if you have children, they are small.

The amount mentioned would be OK if is per month and you have free accommodation & car, or allowance for this. If the children are big enough for kindergarten or school maybe company offers within the salary package some benefits.
If not and your wife has no average paid job level in Qatar better take single status and leave your family in Morocco
