The Kindle can only be bought from online from Amazon. It is not stocked in any shop anywhere in the world. Not only that but where you buy it will affect what content you can download. The best option is to get one using a UK or US address and credit card.

You may well pick one up from an online auction site but as far as I am aware there is nothing like that here.
