you can't blame him for the content of the above post, it's a standard cut+paste which is making the rounds around plenty of religious forums, just google "Trichura Tichurasis" (the spelling of that parasite is wrong by the way)

Well yesterday I spent just under an hour correcting his "scientific" evidence along with sources...but my browser crashed when I hit 'post' and I lost it all:(

Needless to say, his "study" doesn't exist. The FDA have strict guidelines 

for cooking times to prevent transmission of the parasite.

The only argument he has is the religious argument, and that's not going to 

convince anyone else.

I have one hell of an argument to support the eating of pork.....BACON!
