you ask your agency for the other requirements so they can process it...without an agency you can't fly to qatar to work...direct hiring nowadays is STRICTLY PROHIBITED... they will not allow you to pass thru the immigration at NAIA if you did go through an agency if you did NOT go thru an agency..
