Depends on what you want to watch .. I suppose.
If EPL, then take it, You have no other option.
If Movies, News, entertainments, etc.. then don't. OSN is much more value for money.
Picture quality on Mozaic is not that great, no HD channels (YET .. they say) .. but it should be available before 2013!!!
Internet speed will restrict you to a max 2 Mbps (depends on how far you are from the exchange).
I have 1 Mbps now, and it's fine, because this is the actual speed.
