I know this sounds feeble, but I wanted 2+ bedrooms so I could invite friends over and throw dinner parties, as I like to cook.  If I'm going to live in an apartment, I won't be inviting many friends over and hence will probably only need one bedroom.

I drive but from the posts today and of late, I worry about the roads or Qatar.
