I mean somebody in Qatar will process the working visa and that person who wanted to come in Qatar will pay all the expenses in processing the visa.When that person will be in Qatar,thats the time he's going to look for a job.( coming to Qatar without agency)She is responsible also of his own food and accomodation and everything(free lancer).
