i have used the three mentioned converters and all are good depending on the user's knowledge and experience in audio conversion. Easiest and most user-friendly would be db amp as it is a simple software with simple interface. Xillisoft is a little bit complex than db amp but is still user friendly. Soundforge has more options for those who are inclined and have in-depth knowledge on audio conversion. Basically, these three are all excellent softwares to use.
