I think most of the car washing centres do here. I have done cleaning in Rajah car wash next to Al mana petrol station. They charged me QR400. Recently i had done from "car wash in Gharafa"(the road from slope round about to Gharafa, after 100m on the right side), they charged me QR250. Both were done very nicely.
