talk to others and have them tell you exactly WHAT it is that you do when you are nervous, etc...then next time you ARE nervous..try and contain those reactions..replace them with something else..a bit more positive looking. A lot of folks will clutch their hands in their laps, wring their hands. eyes shift and not look at the person who is talking..that kind of stuff.
