SCAM! Period! Do not entertain this guy. I had the same back in Ireland 8 months ago. I googled the key words in his email and up came 100 different hits for the identical email from other concerned sellers. They all had the same theme, worked off shore, usually a marine engineer, had no access to internet so couldnt transfer money via online banking, wanted to buy car for a son as a surprise, bla bla bla, all a fraud. I understand if you are trying to sell it might be tempting to think he is genuine, but if his emails have a similar theme to my post do not part with your money nor your car. They often ask you to pay the agent also, like maybe 1500 riyal when he arrives to view the car. They say that they will add 1500 QR to your asking price and pay you back that way, even if they dont get the car they got your 1500, so beware.
