Pretty sure Glow Salon in both Al Sadd (off Salwa Rd) and also their salon in West Bay now do them! Ph Al Sadd 4468 9945! Been going there for my hair do's and they are great in Al Sadd - also do everything else and very professional! Can't recommend them highly enough! :)
