do u have any diabetics in ur family?

if this is just now, then try not to worry about this too much-this can happen due to big stress, seasonal sickness, lack of rest, etc.

but if this happens more often, u should consult a doctor. u can even buy ur own device to check ur sugar few times a day. in this way, u can keep track and know if it's serious or not.

 

the best way when you feel dizzy from the lack of sugar, drink some juice. it is better than any sweets and chocolate (i recommend grape juice in here).
