Living locally I find it terrible to get connected to any of the Hamad's dept., I feel pity for you trying all the way from Europe, god bless you. Send email to the concerned dept., or customer service. We have another service provider - Qtel, you call the customer service, promptly they say every minute, " dear customer, your call is most important to us, all our agents are busy, continue to hold on......... and it goes on for minutes, other than music nothing is heard, again the same old message, god alone to save the callers.
