all shd abide by the Ministry rules. 

Generally they give 10 days for Minstry employes, and 3 days for private sector. 

so they need to give it. there is no second thought. 

If they ask you to work - then it has to be calculated and paid

---------- better take the holidays, as some of the companies - dont pay ... and for one day extra pay - u need to run from corner to another corner..
