Hi.. i have an offer in rasgas as a utility operator, single status,
free housing, medicare,with a basic salary of 5349QR and 1300QR for
trans allowance, I' am married and my wife is 4months pregnant..idnt
know if this offer is good and  some of the benifits that rasgas
offered was not in the initial offer list, i am in the middle of
nowhere bec, i dont know the standard salary rate of utility operator
especially for filipino, they say that rasgas is one of the good paying
company in qatar but upto now i'm still waiting for thier final offer..

I have some questions regarding my pre employment offer in rasgas, hope you can help me guys..

1. Can i change my initial offer of 6moths 12days off into a quaterly or rotation basis after my probationary period?

2. what is the standard salary rate of a utility operator in rasgas?

3. Is there is room for renegotiation of contract after the probationary period?

4.Is there is annual increase of salary in rasgas?

5. What kind of housing that rasgas will provide in a single status employee?

6. Where are the locations of their housing?

7.Is there any overtime pay?

8. what is indefinte contract mean?
