The official authorized centers as per ACCA website are:

1. al-Dosari ( i checked with them and the cost is Q.R.2,100 per course)

2. CNA-Q (the cost is Q.R.3,900 per course)

the above rates are excluding the exam fees

regarding ernst & young i called them recently and they are not offering this courses anymore
