If your RP with your current employer is less than a year, the competent ministry will not be able to transfer your sponsorship to your new employer. Similar thing happened to a colleague of mine, government did not transfer the sponsorship even the previous employer provided the NOC. They would have to wait until the employee completes at least a year of sponsorship before it can be transfered to another.
