kabayan thanks for all your comment...First,i really appreciate all the positive feedback.this is my second job here at Qatar.In my new company i already spoke with my manager since my NBI is still on the process but they are not allow me to join because of the rules @ policy in that company, so until all my NBI arrived that's the time they will allow me to start....My problem is that in my new company there are more Filipinos employees also telling that NBI will be process only 3 days and they told to the management.so the HR always wondering why my NBI takes too long,,,You know already some of our kababayan most especialy here at abroad thier is still "SIRAAN".They insist that it will only takes 3 days to process(they tell that i have one friend he send his NBI then 3 days finished).I asked them do you know already the new policy @ rules in NBI,,they anwered ahhh,yes but they will not look straight to your eyes..
